We want you to feel safe when shopping with us.

Therefore, you always have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after receiving the item - without having to provide any reason. This also applies if you wish to cancel the order before it has been shipped. In that case, contact us as soon as possible at help@bylarana.com, and we will do our best to stop the order before it is processed.

Delivery

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Europe. Normal delivery time is 5-7 business days, but in some cases it may take up to 14 business days, depending on the carrier and location.

When your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so that you can easily track the shipment.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after receiving the item - without having to provide any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, send us an email at help@bylarana.com with your order number and a brief message stating that you wish to cancel the purchase.

Returns and refunds

If you wish to return a product, it is important that you contact us first at help@bylarana.com and await confirmation before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be processed.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
